Asterisk Support Engineer

General Responsibilities will include:
+ Assist carrier customers with configuration and protocol communications issues for Asterisk.
+ Monitor server application logs and use those logs to determine connection problems for clients.
+ Training will be provided

+ Clear communication
+ Extremely attentive to detail
+ General understanding of VoIP
+ Proficient with computers and experience with Linux operating systems
+ Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Position is available as either full or part time and benefits are available.
